It is reknown as the most expensive spice on earth. It takes between 75'000 and 250'000 flowers to make one pound of Sargol Saffron Grade 1.

SQTS Swiss quality Testing Services have reviewed and certified the saffron as being of very high quality.

The features of our Sargol quality saffron are:

• ISO standard 3632/2 2003
• Our coloring strength is 243
• Our saffron threads are between 3/8" to 1/2" in length.
• Free of any impurities

We can provide any quantity of saffron from a few grams to kilos.

• 5 grams in oval box
• 10, 20 and 50 grams in aluminium boxes
